Returns & Exchanges FAQ
Digital Downloads-
Due to the nature of digital downloads I do not offer returns on digital products. All items are sold "AS IS".
Shipped Products-
Due to the nature of made to order products, we cannot offer a refund unless WE made a mistake (example: sent the wrong size or color) or your order arrived damaged. If we made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
RUSH ORDERS INFO:
We have had many requests for rush orders. I do offer rush processing on *some* orders for an additional $5 rush fee. This bumps your order to the front of the processing line.
You MUST contact us BEFORE purchase to ask if rush processing is available. If available, we will create a custom listing for your fee.
We cannot rush process orders during busy holiday seasons. Rush processing is also not available for items we do not keep in stock.
Business Hours:
Muscadine Collective is a Monday-Friday business. Messages received on Saturday and Sunday may not receive a reply until Monday.
Processing times are based on Business Days. Most orders are shipped out in 1-10 business days depending on the item.
Pet Allergy Disclaimer:
I do not want any of my customers to suffer from allergies associated with pets. We live on and ship from our working farm where cats, dogs, and livestock are present but not allowed in our work area.
Sales Prices
We run sales throughout the year to offer incentives to our customers and reduce inventory. Purchases outside of the sale period do not qualify for sales pricing.
Shipping Issues:
We ship most packages with USPS and may use Fedex when needed. Our processing times do not include shipping times. Free shipping items will ship via the method of our choice unless a shipping upgrade is purchased.
Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier we are not responsible for shipping speeds, delays, or misdeliveries. If your package has been marked delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier.
Substitutions
Due to current manufacturing shortages, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable brand or color with the same size chart in order to complete your order in a timely fashion. Your order may require more than 1 brand.
My Package Says Pre-Transit. What do I do?
In most cases, your package will show as "Pre-Transit" only until USPS initiates an origin scan at our local post office. Sometimes, especially during seasonal rushes, packages will not receive an origin scan until later in their journey or sometimes not until delivery. Scans are not guaranteed by USPS at every location.
If your package still shows as Pre-Transit after 10 BUSINESS DAYS, please contact us. We will initiate a lost package search with USPS on your behalf. If USPS deems the package lost we will offer to refund or replace the package.
Plastic Packaging/Recycling
In most cases, we try our best to reduce packaging waste, but we also want your order to be protected from spills and/or wet weather during transit. Some items, especially shirts, will be mailed in a heavy duty plastic zip top REUSABLE bag inside a plastic polymailer. We purchase recycled bags when available, and we also ask our customers to please recycle. We also recycle other packaging material to use for shipping when possible. Sometimes we may recycle an Amazon box when a box is needed for your order. This does not mean your order was shipped from Amazon.
